What sets me apart is the ability to translate business needs into creative, high-impact learning solutions, whether that’s launching a new manager curriculum, refreshing content with the latest research, or building psychologically safe learning environments that encourage meaningful growth.

 

With over 20 years building award winning custom learning, I’ve built and facilitated dozens of scalable leadership programs that reached over 14,000 team leaders and 2,500 executives. From virtual instructor-led training and eLearning to coaching frameworks and strategic development roadmaps, I’ve used tools like ADDIE, Agile/SAM. and Kirkpatrick Evaluation to deliver training that not only develops skills, but improves business outcomes.

I’ve designed over 500 hours of e-Learning and I've facilitated over 180 hours of custom leadership workshops annually. I’m also PMP-certified in project management, agile-oriented, and thrive in fast-moving environments where adaptability and collaboration are key.
