Alisa Bolander, MA, PMP

I believe that when we help a leader learn to lead more effectively and with empathy, we change the world for the better. With more than 20 years in learning & leadership development, my passion is helping leaders learn, grow, and succeed. I analyze interpersonal challenges leaders face at work and design strategies and learning activities that help leaders change their behavior, making more effective teams and driving measurable business results.

With extensive vendor & client management, certified project management and Kirkpatrick Learning Evaluation, I've helped over 50 Fortune 500 companies, facilitated over 200 workshop hours annually, and created over 400 hours of eLearning, winning a Brandon Hall Gold Award for custom content.

In my role on the Enterprise Learning Team, I designed learning strategies for leadership and interpersonal skills to modify colleague behavior in productive, healthy, and measurable ways to achieve business results and help colleagues grow in their careers.
